🤰 For those of you on your journey to having a full term pregnancy and a HEALTHY, HAPPY BABY- QI GONG IS IMPERATIVE TO YOUR ENTIRE WELLBEING. 

 

PLEASE come 30-60 minutes earlier. Parking should be fine, but it’s better to arrive earlier than later. I start and end on time.

Do not rush. Pay for 3+ hours of parking. You might want to lie down on the beach or relax in the area. It's Sunday and you're at the beach!

If there's an unexpected event at the beach, go to the RIGHT of the pier towards towers 4-6. It's quieter there.

We will be standing and moving. If you prefer to not stand, please bring a folding chair  for yourself. I will teach you how to do Qi Gong sitting.

Before you hit the pier, you’ll see paid a parking lot on the right. 

 

I teach on beach to the right of the pier in front of the ocean. WE ARE ON THE BEACH 🏝 RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE OCEAN.

We will be to the RIGHT of the pier. 

​

Do not look for me before 6:30 pm. You will arrive 30-60 minutes before I will for your benefit. 

​

Walk to the right between towers 4 and 6 if there is an unexpected event. It will be quiet in that area.

 

You will see me by myself or with other people stretching, moving slowly doing Qi Gong or standing meditating.

 

Wear sunglasses if you have to. I PREFER YOU DO QI GONG BAREFOOT, SO YOU GROUND YOURSELF TO THE EARTH.
