Anna is the most professional, kind, honest and willing to do more for her people.
This is my second time coming to see her, and I highly recommend her. The driving is worth when you get to work with such of amazing person like her.

Mission Viejo, CA 5 Stars 3/25/2020 This review is long overdue! I have been a patient of Anna's since 2018. I had complications after rib removal surgery for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and lost most of the feeling in my upper arm down to my fingers. I was experiencing pain, numbness and muscle spasms. I was suffering from the nerves in my neck latching on to scarred tissue and my neck muscle. Nerve pain is tricky to treat because it's internal. My surgeon suggested another surgery to remove the muscle in my neck because according to him these symptoms would not go away on their own.
Instead of choosing to undergo surgery, I decided to go to Acupuncture three times along with working out, physical therapy and treatment from a pain specialist who highly recommend acupuncture. When I would visit Anna, my pain would be at least a 7 or 9 and within 20 minutes of the needles being inserted my pain was close to gone. It really works, but you have to stick with it and commit to going a few times a week.
Anna is a miracle worker and I can't thank her enough. I am now almost completely pain free for three months!
I have also received treatment from Anna for ear infections. I get a lot of ear infections and after seeing Anna the pain would completely go away within a few hours. Acupuncture has also cured the cold and flu for me.
Anna has helped me with muscle spasms on my face and eyelid (this is also due to nerve irritation). Again, after my treatment the pain and spasms were completely gone.
I will continue to see Anna for the rest of my life for any medical concerns that come up.
I highly recommend her services to anyone! She is a miracle worker and a master in her craft. |

Laguna Niguel, CA 5 Stars 3/8/2017 In 2015, my 9-year old son developed a neck pain, which turned into a chronic tic, turning his head constantly all day long. He could not focus at school and it was hard for him to fall asleep. Then I found Anna and she was able to fix the neck problem in about 3 months from the start of the therapy. Anna is very kind and she is very open about the duration of the treatment. She helped my son get back to normal daily activities and he was no longer suffering at school. Thank you, Anna. Isaiah L. Tustin, CA 5 Stars 6/11/2014 Anna has been the answer to so many of my problems! I originally found her after having my son, when he was about 10 months old. The sides of my neck (Sternocleidomastoid) and the front of my neck (thyroid area) were sore and tender in a way I have never experienced before. I went to the doctor and had my thyroid tested. I didn't have any of the "typical" thyroid problems, but she said my levels were "off" for one thing that was tested. The doctor made it seem very scary and like I had a disease. I was to wait awhile to come back and have another blood test. I was in the middle of weaning my son from breastfeeding, and thought this might be why my thyroid levels were "off" since the thyroid is what controls hormones. The doctor said there was no correlation, which I thought was strange. So in the meantime, I searched for alternative paths and found Anna. She was like a breath of fresh air. She listened to everything I said very carefully and told me that our bodies are in flux all the time, and that she thought the weaning from breastfeeding played a part in it. It's all connected. She made me feel normal and like it wasn't something she couldn't fix.
During my first treatment, I literally had to open my eyes and look around because I felt like someone had their hand on my throat and was pressing it. Of course there was nobody there, but that's how powerful it was. Afterward, Anna told me it was all the energy being drawn there. The needles were strategically placed around my feet, ankles, and wrists to draw the energy up to my throat/ neck area. When I got off the table, my sore neck was virtually gone! That night, I slept more soundly than I had in longer than I could remember. I decided to buy a package and continue to go since it made me feel so good. After about 8 treatments, I had a blood test for my thyroid and everything was totally normal! I continue to go to Anna every now and then if something else comes up, like a sore back or for basically anything. I always look forward to my treatments. Anna = HOPE. |

A pain that is in the neck can be treated with acupuncture in the ankle and calf area! I was surprised and amazed as someone who is afraid of needles that it didn't hurt and it got rid of the muscle pain and now I can actually sleep and wake up pain free! My mom was visiting summer of 2015. Her degenerative disc disease in her neck flared up and she was in tremendous pain. It was so severe that she could hardly move her upper body, couldn't sleep, couldn't find any comfortable position at all. Her regular pain meds did not seem to work so I brought her to Anna. By the time she left Anna's office, her pain was down by about half and she regained some motion. In about 2 hours, the pain was completely gone and she was back to her old self.
She had tried acupuncture for pain management and said it didn't quite work. She was a little skeptic when I made her appointment with Anna.

JP B. Orange County, CA 5 Stars 8/23/2011 Before I found Anna in January of this year, I was in a lot of pain. My first car accident (severe whiplash, no broken bones) was at 9 years old. Fast forward through some hard jars, falls, and various other injuries in 22 years. I was suffering from debilitating headaches every other day, upper/middle/lower back pain, hip and foot pain. For no apparent reason, my fingers would feel like they had been slammed in a car door. My shoulders would be drastically uneven every other week. It hurt to walk for longer than 10 minutes and my neck was so weak, I had to hold my head up when I would lean over to fill out paperwork or read. My chiropractor was sometimes seeing me 3 times a week to put everything back into place but frequently these treatments held only 3-4 hours.
Tomorrow will be my 75th acupuncture treatment and I no longer see the chiropractor. I am now enjoying every morning because the headaches are not there. I'm no longer popping pain pills and living in a fog half of my waking moments. The numbness and pain in my arms and hands have left. The strength in my neck and back has increased and my posture has improved greatly. We are still working on some lower back/hip pain and a faint weakness in my feet, but I can now wear flip flops after being trapped in shoes that could accommodate my somewhat bulky $300 foot braces for over 2 years.
Anna's kind words and treatments have given me the ability to live a much fuller life. The results I've found with Anna supersede all others. Since my first treatment, my pain levels have gone down around 70%. I believe I need around 20-50 more treatments to graduate from my pain. Just a little bit farther to go until I'm pain free. Something I never thought possible before I met Anna. |

Jennie V. San Clemente, CA 5 Stars 5/18/2016 As I write this, I am happy to say that I am 39 weeks pregnant. I have had a healthy, pleasant pregnancy and I attribute much of my health and well being during this time to Anna and her healing treatments. She is simply the best!
I found Anna when I was looking for neck stiffness and pain relief. After about 3 treatments, I no longer had any pain symptoms in my neck. Shortly thereafter, I started receiving treatments several times a week for natural fertility since we have had been trying to conceive with history of a couple of miscarriages in the last year. Something I noticed is the hope that filled my heart as I began to receive treatments with Anna. Coupled with her sweet and affirming personality, her treatments were affective in letting go of stress and anxiety about fertility and previous miscarriages. I appreciate that she treats the person as a whole, not just the physical. I looked forward to the treatments because it helped my mind, body and spirit totally relax, heal and let my body do its thing.
She had told me to expect to take a few months to conceive, but to our delightful surprise, I conceived right away within the same menstrual cycle. We were absolutely thrilled. My husband also received treatments simultaneously as well to achieve optimal health and fertility. I believe it was very effective for both of us to get treated for fertility.
After conception, I continued to see her a couple times a week in my first trimester and now in my third trimester to alleviate and keep nausea and other negative pregnancy symptoms to a minimum. Some of the specific things that Anna has helped me with besides a sense of well-being during this pregnancy is relief from nausea, shoulder joint pain from side sleeping, constipation, and plantar fasciitis.
My husband has continued to see her to reduce aches and pains in his body as well as alleviate symptoms of stress. He has been able to sleep better and deeper at night. One major symptom of stress he was suffering from was tinnitus - ringing in the ears. Within 3 treatments, the tinnitus went away. He eagerly awaits every treatment knowing that he will find pure relaxation and euphoria awaiting him.
If you want to make the most of every treatment, I recommend coming in with an open mind, positive attitude and not limiting what Anna and your body can do to recover from various ailments. Also, what has really helped us fall asleep deeply on the table/chair is bringing in earplugs rather than listening to your headphones. I fall asleep every time without fail.
We are a firm believer in Anna's work and the remarkable difference she has made in our lives. She is an incredible resource for natural health. We are thankful she is our acupuncturist, she is an answer to our prayers for a having a baby naturally and a healthy life. I look forward to giving birth to our son soon and sharing how monumental Anna was in his life. |

I have known her for almost a year now and have only received the most outstanding service, every time I have seen her. I found Anna here on yelp, and took a chance on her glowing reviews. I am so glad that I did, as she is by far one of my favorite service providers, one of the best health care professionals, and one the greatest healers that I have ever known. I came down with an awful case of eczema for the first time in my life, all over my face, neck, and chest. After seeing medical doctors who misdiagnosed me and who didn't know how to help me, I thought I would try acupuncture. I called up many acupuncturists offices, and after one phone conversation with Anna, I knew that she was the one I wanted to see. I was thoroughly impressed with her attentiveness and knowledge. She spent a long time on the phone with me answering all my questions and telling me about her practice and methods. I was impressed with her even after one conversation, because she offers such a superior level of service. She is always accommodating and I have learned something from every pretreatment consultation that I have with her. After around 17 treatments, I was healed, but hooked and continued to go in for treatments anyway, as I noticed how much they helped with my general well-being. Anna is an amazing healer. She is personable, extremely knowledgeable, and it is obvious that she is passionate about what she does. I first saw Anna a few years ago. I just had a baby and while trying to hold him and groceries at the same time, I sprained my wrist badly. I was in so much pain and it just wasn't getting any better even after wearing a brace for a week. My chiropractor suggested that I see Anna. I made an appointment but was skeptical.
During the initial consultation, I was immediately drawn (and impressed) by Anna's confidence and passion. I've been scared of needles all my life, but she didn't shame me or try to brush my fear aside. After a few seconds she was done with putting needles in. I took a nap and when I woke up, i was able to move my wrist! I was in shock and I was soo happy I didn't need surgery hahaha.
I got in touch with Anna again when my husband and I were trying for another baby and it was so much harder than we expected. I was trying all kinds of tracking and diets and whatnot and after many months I became very stressed about "infertility ". I went to Anna hoping she can help me get my body into "optimal state". Anna was helpful and optimistic and her confidence made me feel so relieved. She made it clear that her goal was for me to be healthy (physically and mentally) and happy. Within a couple of months, we conceived naturally, and we were just amazed and beyond happy. Throughout my pregnancy, I kept seeing Anna regularly. Her office became my happy place and I'm so thankful she was there for me.
Now whenever I hear about friends or family having any kind of ailments, I just give them Anna's contact. She's seen my husband for his wrist and leg pain, my sister for her back pain, my mom for her neck and shoulders, my friends for all kinds of things..And I've always heard amazing results.
P.s. Also, Anna's scheduling /appointment system is so easy and user friendly it makes me feel like she must be a genius.

I work on a computer and it was difficult for me to complete a day as my arm was throbbing so much. I had attempted treatment with an orthopedic doctor and it was down to surgery or pain management for treatment options. After seeing Anna 2 times a week for a month, the condition was under control and I continue to work to this day. Since then I have seen her for low back pain, carpal tunnel, poor kidney function, anxiety and occasional re-treatment for the neck issue. Anna is very personable and confident. When I describe the pain and location she develops a treatment plan quickly and if I stick to it, I see the results. I really enjoy the fact that when I go see Anna I get immediate treatment and symptomatic relief instead of a long wait for a diagnosis. Anna has been a great find for me. |
